Heidi Fisher is a chartered accountant and founder of Harris Accountancy CIC, the accountancy that CIC social enterprise status.
Heidi will lead the Women & Enterprise Growth School and cover topics such as Me & My Business, Understanding my Numbers.
Daina Anderson is an experienced Marketing/Communications Specialist, Presenter, Author and Speaker with over 14 years experience within the Broadcast Media, Private and Voluntary sector.
Having successfully coordinated community focused Media/Marketing campaigns for voluntary, private and public sector organisations, Daina is passionate about enabling businesses to find and execute Business and Marketing solutions to increase growth and revenue in order to fulfil their profit, growth and business objectives objectives.
Sarah is the Chief Executive of iSE and the driving force behind Women & Enterprise. Sarah is a firm believer in supporting budding female entrepreneurs to start their own business or support female entrepreneurs to grow and develop successful businesses. After graduating with a Psychology degree Sarah began working with adults with learning disabilities before moving onto running her own consultancy business and now iSE.
Join Sarah for session on ‘Mapping Out Your Growth Plan’ and using a ‘Model Canvas’ where Sarah will share her expert knowledge and skills to help you explore various elements of your business and identify areas of improvement and growth.
Michelle’s background is in the private sector in leadership development and strategic HR, as well as having extensive experience of change management, talent management and organisational development. Michelle is a skilled leadership coach and business mentor with experience of supporting individuals and teams to achieve new levels of performance. She is also Managing Director of a social enterprise called the Real Partners – a group of companies based in the East Midlands that helps social businesses and organisations improve performance through effective and focused strategic leadership and organisation development.
Sharon is Director of KeyOpps Ltd, a company that specialises in supporting businesses and organisations going through change. Her skills include change management, project management and business development.
Lisa Rushton, Lead Investment Officer West Midlands
Lisa joins the Key Fund after a 28 year-career in commercial banking with Lloyds TSB where she managed a portfolio of up to 300 business accounts.
As someone who has always thrived in a customer-facing environment and who has a long-standing positon in the West Midlands, she’s perfectly positioned in her role as Lead Investment Officer in the region.
Lisa believes there’s nothing more rewarding than driving down a street and seeing a business she’s helped grow, seeing how she’s helped make a difference to someone’s dream to succeed.
Despite her head for figures, Lisa is an avid book worm. Outside of work, when she’s not sewing, DIY-ing or relaxing with a good crime novel, her ambition is supporting her two children to reach University.
